Jack Webb (Joe Friday) of Dragnet said it best, “Just the facts ma’am, just the facts.” Who, what, where, when is the definition of news. The “why” is usually an opinion and spin. Actual journalism in this country is dead and buried. We are inundated with opinion and spin from every direction. The powers that be rely on the fact that most of America has no time to dig down deep and discover the truth and the “why” and for that we all suffer.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Damon and I am a average middle aged man from the Midwest. That would be Missouri actually. I know, Missouri.......Mississippi with professional sports.
