Briefing 152–The Delusional Rant Of Crazy Joe’s State Of The Union STOU

Couldn’t watch it live.  No way.  I compare it to listening to rap music for longer than 30 seconds.  I can put up with it for a short time but at the end of the day I need to turn the channel.  No difference here.  I reviewed the highlights the next morning and made these observations. A demented old man who has no clue and has no problem lying straight to your face about telling the truth.  Can you believe that?  He actually said out loud that he would always tell the truth.  I am surprised he was not struck by lightening or burst into flames.  Oh, the lies.  Let me explain.
